OUR HISTORY

Dhillon’s Spire Bar, a brilliantly atmospheric and conspiratorially cosy space. The premises is historically recognised as the Christchurch Spire, which is situated on New Union Street in the heart of Coventry City Centre. Christchurch Spire is a historical landmark and one of the Spires that dominate Coventry city centre’s skyline.

Dhillon’s Brewery is a multi-award-winning brewery that brews exclusive, exciting, beautifully crafted ales with a slight hint of madness using a combination of traditional and modern brewing methods.
